Warranty service is during the entire warranty period of the purchased equipment. It includes:
1. Diagnosis, repair, tuning and testing for the normal operation of defective items of equipment supplied by the Client in the service of the Consortium "MS&E" in Sofia;
2. Update the Customer's software with new created versions.
3. 3. Before the end of warranty, a full spot check is done for each purchased ASMM, a complete test for normal operation and installation of the latest versions of the specialized software are performed.
Warranty service on items 1, 2 and 3 is free for the Client.
Consortium "MS&E" performs additional services (before the service without a contract), requested by the Customer for the duration of the warranty service. These services are performed for a fee.
