Consortium "MS&E" repair equipment supplied by it and without a contract for service with the Client.
The options are:
1. After a formal written request from a Client and a contract a team is sent for diagnosis and removal of the damaged equipment. After the discovery of the defects, the cost of repair is calculated and reported to the Client. His written consent for the performance of the contract is wanted. Equipment is repaired in the workshop of Consortium "MS&E" transported back to the site, installed, set up and tested for normal operation;
2. The Client send the damaged equipment in the workshop of Consortium "MS&E" and contracts for order is signed. After the diagnosis and detection of damage, the cost of repair is calculated, reported to the client and required of his written consent to the performance of the contract. Repairing, tuning and testing for normal operation are performd. In this case Consortium "MS&E" is liable only for the normal operation of transferred equipment, but not for the operation of the whole system.
Service of purchased from Consortium "MS&E" equipment without contract
Terms of repairs for this type of service are not regulated and strongly depend on the type of damage. All payments for the performed activities are done in advance.
